Money 2003: "Unable to Load Topic" or Various XML Error Messages When You Try to Access the Money Help Files (812755)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to access the Money 2003 Help files, you may receive various XML error messages or an error message similar to the following:
Unable to load topic. Click here to try again.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if there are corrupted files in the Temporary Internet Files folder.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, delete the contents of the Temporary Internet Files folder. To do this, follow these steps. Note Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product documentation to complete these steps.
  1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
  2. In Control Panel, click Network and Internet Options, and then click Internet Options.
  3. On the General tab, click Delete files in the Temporary Internet files pane, and then click OK.
  4. Start Money, and then on the Help menu, click Microsoft Money Help.
