SYMPTOMSWhen you try to set up a new project in Workflow Designer
for Exchange 2000 Server and select a Public folder, you may receive the
following error message: Unable to register the workflow
sync for exchange folder You cannot continue defining your
workflow. CAUSEThis issue may occur if the Schema-Root folder for your
Exchange 2000 Server Public folder hierarchy is missing or
corrupted.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, contact Microsoft Product Support
