PIP: Labels or Multiple Pictures Do Not Print in Picture It! Publishing 2002 (810621)

SUMMARY

When you try to print labels that you created in Microsoft Picture It! Publishing 2002, the printer may start but not print your labels, or it may print a blank page.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if you skip step seven of the Print Multiples process when you try to print labels.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, complete the Print Multiples procedure, including step 7. In step 7 you drag the label from the tray area onto the blue (or blue-purple) shaded area. When you complete this step, the page in Picture It! is filled with your labels. You can then complete Print Multiples process to print your labels.
