SYMPTOMS

If Exchange 2000 Server and Microsoft Outlook clients are configured to have some Hebrew language settings, and you move a mailbox from Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 to Exchange 2000, primary folder names (such as Inbox and Tasks) may change to Hebrew.
