This article was previously published under Q77446 SUMMARY In a transfer transaction in Microsoft Money, the Num field
entry of the destination account does not display the Num field entry from the
source account. RESOLUTION If you want the destination side of the transfer to
indicate the "transaction number" (or check number) from the source account,
enter the check number in the Memo field of that transaction in the source
account. MORE INFORMATION In a transfer transaction (movement of funds between
accounts), the only cross-reference information transferred to the destination
account transaction is the source, date, amount, and memo information.
Whether the source account had the word "Print" or a transaction
number in the Num field, neither will be transferred into the destination
account.
