Misaligned Data when Copying from Spreadsheet (76989)

This article was previously published under Q76989 SUMMARY
After copying information from the Microsoft Works for Windows
Spreadsheet to the Word Processor, some columns may be misaligned.
This is caused by the way Works for Windows sets tabs for the
alignment of different data types.
A workaround may be to paste a link from the Spreadsheet and then all
columns will be aligned as they appear in the Spreadsheet.
MORE INFORMATION
When copying from the Spreadsheet, the only option that will allow you
to paste a link is the Paste Special command under the Edit menu.
When linking an object from a spreadsheet, the spreadsheet file must
be saved. If it is not saved, the link will not be saved and you will
get the error message "Cannot edit object" or "Cannot find linked
document" when you try to edit the object.
