The first print preview screen in Microsoft Works is useful for viewing the
overall layout of a document within the boundaries of the page. However,
some text attributes, such as bold type, are not visible in this first
screen, and others, such as italic or underline, may be difficult to see
because the font used in this view is too small to enable you to see
many of font attributes.
To see text attributes more clearly, click the Zoom In button in print preview. This increases the font sizes on the screen and these attributes are then more visible.
