FIX: TRACE ON in Run Menu Indicated When You OPEN a New File (71238)

SYMPTOMS
If you select TRACE ALL from the Run menu for a program in memory, and
then load up a new program, the TRACE ALL will still be marked with a
check mark, but will not be done. If you select TRACE ALL again, the
check mark remains, but is now activated.
This problem occurs in Microsoft QuickBasic versions 1.00 and 1.00a
for Macintosh System. This problem was corrected in version
1.00b.
