OL2002: You Cannot Create a Subfolder in the Inbox in Outlook 2002 Connector (331786)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to create a subfolder to your Inbox in Outlook 2002 Connector, you may receive the following error message:
Unable to create the folder. Subfolders can't be created in Microsoft Outlook default folders.

CAUSE

Outlook 2002 Connector restricts the option to create subfolders to your Inbox because this functionality is not permitted in the Lotus Notes R5 client.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
