You receive an error message when you try to log on to Microsoft Project Web Access or when you try to create a document in Microsoft Project Professional 2002 (329506)

This article was previously published under Q329506 SYMPTOMSWhen you try to log on to Microsoft Project Web Access, try to create
a Document or Issue in Microsoft Project Professional 2002, or try to create or update an
Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) cube in Microsoft Project Professional 2002, you may
experience the following behaviors:
- When you log on to Microsoft Project Web Access, you receive the
following error message:
The page cannot be
displayed Error Type: Server object, ASP 0177 (Ox8000401A) The
server proecess could not be started because the configured identity is
incorrect. Check the username and password. /projectserver/library/pjquery.asp,
line 55 - When you create a document or issue in Microsoft Project
Professional, you receive the following error message:
Microsoft Project Web Access Documents and Issues are based on
SharePoint Team Services from Microsoft. There is a problem establishing a
connection with the web server running SharePoint Team Services. Please contact
your system administrator. - When you create or update an OLAP cube in Microsoft Project
Professional, you may receive the following error message:
Vbscript: Microsoft Project Web Access Request Status:
9104
CAUSEThis issue may occur for either of the following reasons:
- The password for the user account used from PSComplus.exe
has expired.
- The accounts used for the PSCom+ must be domain
accounts.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, run the PSComplus.exe file and update
it with the appropriate password for the user account. PSComplus.exe is located
in the following folder: C:\program
files\microsoft project server\bin\1033 MORE INFORMATIONFor more information about the PSComplus.exe file, see the
Installation Guide or the PJSVR10.chm file. The PJSVR10.chm file is located in
the Documents folder of your Microsoft Project Server CD.
