PRB: MS02-047 Security Bulletin Q323759 Breaks Application Center 2000 Interface (328857)

SYMPTOMS

After you apply the security bulletin MS02-047 Cumulative Patch for Internet Explorer (Q323759), you see the following status in the Applications, Events, and Synchronizations nodes in the right pane of the Application Center 2000 Microsoft Management Console (MMC):
Loading....
The right pane of the MMC will remain in this state although cluster operations are running as expected. You also see this status when you try to edit an IP address from the cluster node of the Application Center 2000 MMC.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, install the hotfix that is described in Microsoft Knowledge Base article Q328592. For additional information, click the article number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
