FIX: Installing Security Fix MS02-046 or MS02-047 Disables Terminal Services ActiveX Control That is Used by SAK (328774)

After you install MS02-046 on the Server, or after you install MS02-047 on the Client, you cannot access the following tasks through the SAK interface:
- Terminal Services
- Backup
- Disks/Volumes
CAUSE
The GUID that the Terminal Services ActiveX control uses was changed as part of the security fix. Therefore, the tasks that use the Terminal Services ActiveX control (listed in "Symptoms") do not work after you install MS02-046 or MS02-047.
RESOLUTIONA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the hotfix. listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
