SYMPTOMS
When you run Microsoft BizTalk Server in a heavy-load
condition, you may receive an access violation error message. The Dr. Watson
log (Drwtsn32.log) may contain an entry that is similar to the following:

Hotfix Information
A supported fix is now available
from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is
described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing
