PPT2000: Black Lines Appear Around Printed Text Boxes (327915)

SYMPTOMS

When you print a slide in PowerPoint, black lines may appear around the text boxes. These black lines do not appear around the text boxes when you view the slide on your screen.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
  1. Right-click one of the text boxes that prints incorrectly, and then click Format Text Box.
  2. Click the Colors and Lines tab.
  3. Under Fill, click No Fill in the Color box.
  4. Under Lines, click No Line in the Color box.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Repeat steps 1 through 5 for each text box that prints incorrectly.
