SYMPTOMS

When you start, quit, or log off Microsoft NetMeeting, you may experience a user profile unload failure. The DebugView utility from Sysinternals shows that the handles are leaked by Lsass.exe and Services.exe. You may receive an error message that indicates that your user profile cannot be unloaded. The following event may also appear in the event log:
Type : Error
Event Id : 1000
Description : Windows cannot unload your registry file. If you have a roaming profile, your settings are not replicated. Contact your administrator.
Detail: Access is denied
