BUG: dta_purge_old_records Does Not Delete from the Table dta_group_correlation_keys (326951)
The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000
- Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000 SP1
- Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000 SP2
This article was previously published under Q326951 SYMPTOMS
When you run the dta_purge_old_records script to clean out records from the Document Tracking database, the records in the dta_group_correlation_keys table that should be deleted remain in the table.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the order of the deletion statements in the stored procedure prevents records in the dta_group_correlation_keys from being marked for deletion.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. MORE INFORMATION
Although these records are left in the database, this does not affect the document tracking functionality. The remaining records take up minimal space in the Document Tracking database.
