HTTPD Does Not Return Some Data Requests (326941)

SYMPTOMS

An Internet Explorer client that requests data from the Windows CE 3.0 Add-On Pack implementation of HTTPD server may not receive the requested data from the server. For example, while a page may appear, some images in the document may not be delivered to the client. Because of this, incorrect images and page layout may occur.

CAUSE

A bug in the server may cause it to report that a file is not modified instead of delivering the requested file. This may occur although the file has not been cached by the client and the client has not requested "if-modified-since".

RESOLUTION
