Session Summary



In this session, we will discuss the different components of PCHealth in Windows Millennium. These topics will include: system file protection, system restore, help and support, incident reporting, and auto update.

This is a Level 100 session that was recorded May 23, 2000 and presented by Lewis Umbenhower. Lewis joined Microsoft as a Technical Support Professional in August 1991. He has provided technical support for all versions of MS-DOS, Windows 3.x, and Windows 95/98. During this time, he was also a mentor and escalation engineer involved in handling more advanced customer issues.
