Session Summary

In this session, we will focus on troubleshooting public folder issues, and we will provide a few useful tips to prevent or resolve problems with public folders.

This is a Level 300 session that was recorded March 20, 2001 and presented by Jude Egbejimba. Jude Egbejimba joined Microsoft as an Exchange support professional with the Product Support Services group. He also worked as a Field Beta Engineer with the Field Test team, helping Joint Development Partners in Singapore deploy Exchange 2000 from the early beta phases to the released version. Currently, Jude is a Program Manager with the Exchange Product group in Redmond and is responsible for Exchange Setup and Administration.
