You may see duplicate domain items on a Windows 2000-based domain controller. The duplicate domain items appear in this scenario:
- Start Windows Explorer.
- Expand My Network Places, expand Entire Network, and then expand Directory.
- Under Directory, click the domain item, and then press F5. Duplicate domain items are listed under Directory.
- Click Directory, and then press F5. Only one domain item is listed.
- Click the domain item, and then press F5. Duplicate domain items are listed again.
