SYMPTOMS

When you register the Humongous Entertainment "Freddi Fish 2: The Case of the Haunted Schoolhouse" program, you may be prompted to re-type the registration information, or you may receive the following error message:
ntdll.dll has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you view the data that the error report contains, you may receive the following error signature information: 
   App Name     App Version  Module Name  Module Version  Offset

   freddi2.exe  1.0.0.1      ntdll.dll    5.1.2600.0      000036f7

CAUSE

This issue may occur because the "Freddi Fish 2: The Case of the Haunted Schoolhouse" program is not completely compatible with Windows XP.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, obtain and install the most current Windows Compatibility Update from the Critical Updates section of the following Microsoft Web site:
