FIX: An Additional FetchComplete Event Is Fired After You Sort an ActiveX Data Objects Recordset (320679)

If you are using a multi-processor computer, and you call Recordset.Sort on an ActiveX Data Objects (ADO) recordset that you opened by using the adAsyncFetch flag, more FetchComplete events may be fired after the initial FetchComplete is fired.
The expected behavior is that a FetchComplete event is only fired one time for a recordset, even if it is subsequently sorted.
