SYMPTOMS

If you are using WinZip 8.0 with Windows XP, you may receive the following error message:
explorer.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you want to see the data that the error report contains and if the error message is still displayed, click the Click Here link at the bottom of the message box. You see error signature information that is similar to:

RESOLUTION

This problem has been corrected in WinZip version 8.1.
