SYMPTOMS

When you are playing the Ghost Recon game, you may receive the following error message:
Ghostrecon.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you view the data that the error report contains, the following error signature information may be listed: 
   App Name        App Version  Module Name     Module Version  Offset
   ---------------------------------------------------------------------
   Ghostrecon.exe  0.0.0.0      Ghostrecon.exe  0.0.0.0         0033a014

CAUSE

This issue may occur if the Ghost Recon installation did not properly complete.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, reinstall Ghost Recon.
