SYMPTOMS

After you install the Toolbar from http://neibar.naver.com into Microsoft Internet Explorer, you may receive the following error message:
Iexplore.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you view the data that the error report contains, an error signature that is similar to one of the following signatures may be displayed:

CAUSE

This issue may be caused by an extension to Internet Explorer that was not written by Microsoft.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, use either of the following methods:
  • Use the Add/Remove Programs tool in Control Panel to uninstall the Toolbar control.
  • Disable all Browser Helper Objects in Internet Explorer. To do so in Internet Explorer, click Options on the Tools menu, click the Advanced tab, click to clear the Enable third-party browser extensions check box, and then click OK.
