Ntbackup.exe Generates an Error Message About the DO_NOT_REMOVE_NtFrs_Preinstall_Directory Folder (315029)

When you back up the System State by using the Backup tool (Ntbackup.exe), the following error message may be recorded in the Backup log:
Error: You do not have permission to access portions of
System State\SysVol\c:\winnt\sysvol\domain\DO_NOT_REMOVE_NtFrs_PreInstall_Directory. Please see the owner or administrator to get permission.
CAUSE
The DO_NOT_REMOVE_NtFrs_PreInstall_Directory folder should be skipped by Ntbackup. However, there are certain circumstances in which Ntbackup tries to back up this folder. This error does not jeopardize the integrity of the backup.
