PIP2001: Error Message When You Open Photo: "The Page Cannot Be Displayed" (313459)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to open a photo in PictureIt!, you may receive an error message similar to the following:
The page cannot be displayed. The page you are looking for might have been removed or had its name changed.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur when the following conditions are true:
  1. Your Microsoft Internet Explorer Help files are corrupt.
  2. You have too many Temporary Internet Files.
  3. You have uninstalled Internet Explorer 5.5.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, follow these steps.

Delete Temporary Internet Files

  1. Start Internet Explorer.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  3. Click Delete Files.
  4. In the Delete Files dialog box, click to select the Delete all offline content check box, and then click OK.
If deleting the Temporary Internet files does not resolve the issue, proceed to the next method, "Download Internet Help Files."

Remove Internet Explorer and then Reinstall Internet Explorer

If your Internet Explorer files are corrupted or you have removed Internet Explorer, install Internet Explorer. Otherwise, remove Internet Explorer and then reinstall Internet Explorer.
