ISA server allows vendors and Independent Software Vendors (ISV) to add functionality by adding modules to the Extensions/Application filters and to the Extensions/Web filters area in the ISA Management console. You can use the ISA Management console to allow the Web filter modules to be ordered so that one Web filter module comes before or after another Web filter module; however, the order changes are not saved.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for ISA Server 2000.

STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
This problem was corrected in ISA Server 2000 SP1.
