When you dial a 9 to reach an outside telephone line so that you can connect to your Internet service provider (ISP), you may receive the following error message:
STOP 0x000000D1 (0x00000008, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xBFE7EB74)
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, download and install the latest drivers from the vendor of the modem. (The STOP error message refers to the Ltmdmnt.sys file, which is the driver for the LT Win Modem.) If the vendor does not have the latest drivers, try installing the generic LT Win Modem driver version 6.00 from the following Web site:
