CAUSE

This problem occurs because the Display Name of the conferencing resource includes one or more special characters. Conferencing resources should not include any of the following special characters:
@ & ( ) { } / " ' - ~ ` ! $

In addition, Display Names for legal resources that contain a leading space, a trailing space, or a space anywhere in the middle of the Display Name cannot be scheduled by using Web Scheduler.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, rename the conferencing resource excluding any special characters.
