Server for NFS Does Not Show More than 256 Links to a File After Restart (311268)

If a file has more than 256 links, only the first 256 links may be shown. For example, if you create 300 links to a file and then complete an ls -l, you see all 300 links. After you reboot the SFU computer, you see 256 links. The other 44 links appear as normal files instead of links.
