SYMPTOMS
After installing the Security Rollup Package (SRP), some Active Directory
Service Interfaces (ADSI) code may no longer work if the Active Directory Client Extensions for Windows NT 4.0 are not installed. You may receive error messages such as:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0046' Permission denied: 'GetObject'

RESOLUTION
Method 1
A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this specific problem.
