SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.5 for Macintosh or earlier, you may experience several problems, which include the inability to view or join scheduled conferences, and you may receive "low memory" error messages.

CAUSE

This problem can occur because versions earlier than Microsoft Internet Explorer for Macintosh 5.0 do not support conferencing.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, upgrade to Internet Explorer for Macintosh 5.0 or later.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Conferencing Server.
