Small Keys

"^" doesn't work, except on the numerical pad.
"|" doesn't work, except on the numerical pad.
"~" doesn't work, except in Character or Block recognition in the International Characters mode.

Large Keys

"*", "(" and ")" don't work, except on the numerical pad.
"&" and "~" don't work, except in Character or Block recognition in the international characters mode.
