XFOR: Command-Line Migration Occurs Up to One Hour Before the Value in the EmailStart Parameter (309734)

If you run the Mailmig.exe utility from a command-line, messages that are received up to one hour before the value of the command-line filter EmailStart parameter in the control file are migrated. For example, if the EmailStart parameter is set to (20010327160000), messages that have a time stamp of March 27th, 2001, 3:15 PM may also be migrated.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if the EmailStart command-line control file parameter does not account for daylight savings time.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, modify the EmailStart parameter to account for daylight savings time.
NOTE: The EmailStart parameter must use the following date and time format: (YYYYMMDDHHMMSS).

This problem may occur if you perform either server-to-server migration or server-to-personal folder (PST) migration. This problem typically occurs when you migrate data from an Exchange Server 5.5 computer that is running either Service Pack 1 (SP1) or a later version of Mailmig.exe.
