"Add to Contacts" Command on the Actions Menu Does Not Invoke the Add to Contacts Wizard (309600)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to add a contact in the Conversation window by using the Add to contacts command on the Actions menu, the Add to Contacts Wizard does not appear.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, in the Windows Messenger window, click Add a Contact on either the Tools menu or the Task list.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
