When you use the phone dialer to connect to a call and you press a numeric key on the keyboard, no Dual Tone Multiple Frequency (DTMF) tone is sent.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, click the numeric keypad on the phone dialer to activate the keypad, and then press a numeric key on the keyboard.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, press ALT while you press the numeric key on the keyboard (not the keypad).
