SYMPTOMS

When you try to install any one of the programs listed in the "Applies To" section, you may receive an error message that resembles the following:
Error 1406 Could not write value [2] to key [3]. System error [4].

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue and complete the installation process, click Ignore very time that you receive the error message.
