CAUSE
This issue can occur when many clients are attempting to join an online meeting.

WORKAROUND
In the Services tool, stop the World Wide Web Publishing Service before you stop the Microsoft Exchange Conference Locator service. Be advised that this will affect your clients' ability to gain access to other services, including access to the Internet, intranet, and Outlook Web Access.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Service Pack 2.
