SYMPTOMS

When a user installs Curso Interactivo de Microsoft (r) Office XP Professional over previously installed Curso Interactivo, Step by Step Interactive, or Online Training Kit products in any language, the user will no longer have access to previously installed courses or to user progress tracking information for those courses. The only course that will be available is Curso Interactivo de Microsoft (r) Office XP Professional.

CAUSE

Faulty base name error.

WORKAROUND

This is a known issue and there is currently no fix available. User can reinstall other Curso Interactivo, Step by Step Interactive, or Online Training Kit products after installing Curso Interactivo de Microsoft (r) Office XP Professional without losing data.
