FIX: DTS Data Mining Task May Return Syntax Error for Correct Prediction Query (308961)

SYMPTOMS
When you run a Data Mining task from Data Transformation Services (DTS), you may receive the following error:
Line 1: Incorrect syntax near ')'
You receive the error even though the prediction query is syntactically correct.
CAUSE
The cause of the error is internal to the DTS Data Mining task, which incorrectly generates a Create Table command.
