After you double-click Helpful Movies, you may receive the following error message:
PIP cause an invalid page fault in module SHLWAPI.dll
CAUSE
This issue can occur if both of the following are true:
- You clicked Skip Welcome Movie.
- You clicked Helpful Movies before your opening screen finished building itself.
RESOLUTION
To prevent this issue from occurring, wait for the opening screen to finish building itself before you click Helpful Movies.
