CreateProcessWithLogonW() Leaks Window Station Handles (307619)

The CreateProcessWithLogonW function leaks one Window Station handle each time that it is run.
You can see this problem by using Windows Task Manager. In the Handles column, the handle count in Services.exe increases by one each time that the function is called.
CAUSE
This behavior is caused by a problem in the Windows 2000 secondary logon logic.
