Unable to Print ActiveX Controls at Other Than Screen Resolution (305910)

SYMPTOMS

You may not be able to print an ActiveX control at a higher resolution than the current screen resolution of the system using Internet Explorer 5.5 Service Pack 1.

CAUSE

Microsoft has changed the way that Internet Explorer 5.5 Service Pack 1 prints to a printer.

RESOLUTION

This problem was corrected in Internet Explorer version 5.5 Service Pack 2.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
