Microsoft Greetings 2001, PIP caused an Invalid Page
Fault in module PIDOCOB.DLL. PIP caused an exception 10H in module
PIDOCOB.DLL. When you are using Microsoft Picture It! Publishing
2002, you may receive an error message similar to the following:
PIP caused an Invalid Page fault in module PIDOCOB6.DLL
CAUSE Microsoft Internet Explorer is damaged and needs repair.
RESOLUTION To resolve this issue, do one of the following:
Repair the current installation of Internet Explorer, or upgrade to the latest
version:
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- In Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- In the Add/Remove Programs dialog box, click Microsoft Internet Explorer in the list of currently installed programs, and then click Change/Remove. (Click Add/Remove in Microsoft Windows 95 and Microsoft Windows 98.)
- Click Repair Internet Explorer, and then click OK.
- Restart the computer.
To upgrade to Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5, browse to the
following Microsoft Web site: To reinstall the corrupted file, follow these steps: Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows NT 4.0- Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files and Folders.
- In the Named box, type PIDOCOB.DLL, and then click Find Now.
- Right-click the file name, and then click Rename to rename all of the found files.
For example, rename
the PIDOCOB.DLL file to PIDOCOB.old. - Insert the Picture It! CD-ROM, run Setup, and then click Reinstall. This ensures the file is reinstalled in the correct location and
the system registry is updated.
- Start Picture It! and try to open or save your file
again.
Microsoft Windows 2000- Click Start, point to Search, and then click For Files and Folders.
- In the Search for files or folders named
box, type PIDOCOB.DLL, and then click Search Now.
- Right-click the file name, and then click Rename to rename all of the found files.
For example, rename
the PIDOCOB.DLL file to PIDOCOB.old. - Insert the Picture It! CD-ROM, run Setup, and then click Reinstall. This ensures the file is reinstalled in the correct location and
the system registry is updated.
- Start Picture It! and try to open or save your file
again.
