SYMPTOMS

When a user visits a Commerce Server Web site, a forms login page may appear twice when a ticket expires.

RESOLUTION

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Commerce Server 2000 Service Pack 1 (SP1). This problem was first corrected in Microsoft Commerce Server 2000 Service Pack 2.
