Resolution Site Builder Repeatedly Prompts for Network Logon If Browser Security Is Not Set Correctly (302235)

In NCompass Resolution 4.0, when you perform any function that requires the browser window to open, such as previewing, a prompt requests that you log on to the network again.
RESOLUTION
To log on only once, you must change your browser authentication security settings. In Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5, follow these steps:
- Start Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab.
- Click Custom Level.
- Scroll down to User Authentication/Logon.
- Make sure that Automatic logon with current username & password is selected.
