SYMPTOMS

When you submit a saved page, you may receive the following error message:

MSCMS Object Model error '80041b58'

CAUSE

This error is caused by an acknowledged Oracle problem related to the DB_BLOCK_SIZE for the Oracle 8.1.5 database.

RESOLUTION

Increase the DB_BLOCK_SIZE from 8192 to 10240.
