When CDO.KnowledgeFolder calls a security function (to retrieve role information), a severe memory leak may occur.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the CPKMFolder object inside pkmcdo has securitymanager as a member variable. When SharePoint Portal Server accesses security data, the row is passed to the security manager, which creates a circular reference. The reference count never reaches zero.
