RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, remove all printers from the computer and install the latest drivers for your printer. To remove the printers from your computer use the following steps:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. In the Control Panel, double click on Printers, then using the right mouse button (right-click), click a printer, and then click Delete.
   
   NOTE: Repeat step 2 until you have removed all of the printers.
3. Restart the computer.

After you have removed all of the printers and restarted the computer, connect to the Internet, and then navigate to the printer manufacturer's Web site to download the most recent driver for your printer.
